Your kits are sent to you and your bloods are taken at the Harley Lounge or our clinic.
Kits within 2 days
Your longevity doctor reviews every result together, then takes you through them in a 60-minute consultation.
Within 5 days of your last result
A written plan with your priorities, interventions from East and West, referrals and targets.
Within 7 days
Your concierge books every part of your plan across the group and our partners.
First appointments within 14 days
Check-ins, retests, plan updates and member events, at the pace your membership sets.
A full retest, a before and after report and a new plan for the year ahead.
Private Client
A dedicated concierge, unlimited doctor access and a programme built around you and your family. By invitation, price on application.
Questions
Most members start with the Discovery Assessment. It gives you your DNA and epigenetic results, an advanced blood panel, a consultation with a longevity doctor and your written Longevity Plan. If you then join Essential or Signature within 60 days, your Discovery fee is credited in full.
If you would like to start with the test kit on its own, you can buy it here and upgrade whenever you are ready.
Yes. A partner or adult child can join at 30% off your membership tier. Private Client membership can include your whole family.
Consultations take place online or in person at 2 Harley Street. Blood tests can be taken at the Harley Lounge, 15 Cavendish Square, or at our clinic. Your test kits are sent to your home.
Yes. Gift memberships and Discovery Assessment vouchers are available for birthdays, Christmas and corporate gifting. Email us at info@harleylongevity.com to arrange one.
